It all started when we were showing our client some new construction homes in the privately gated neighborhood of The Dominion, a luxurious golf-course community with a guarded entry and world-class amenities. Located on the IH-10 corridor, near the Shops at La Cantera and only 15 minutes to the San Antonio Medical Center, this neighborhood is one of the many areas that our clients seek when they want privacy, amenities, stunning custom homes, and proximity to San Antonio's top attractions.
While we were touring through some properties we had scheduled, our client mentioned their need for a little more space and a breathtaking view where she could unwind. Although there were some amazing options within the neighborhood, we knew that we could find exaclty what she was looking for in a brand new luxury home community just 10 minutes away.
Through our connections with custom home builders and developers within the area, we were privy to an off-market new construction home that we thought she might like.
The home would give her the option to customize the interior design selections and also provide the space and views that she was searching for.
We took her to Cantera Hills, a private new gated luxury home community tucked into the hills of Scenic Loop Road. The home we showed her was under construction and still needed about 4 months to be completed, but it had an amazing view of a lush hillside with no neighboring home behind it. We met with the builder to see what her options would be for the interior design and scheduled our preferred pool builder to provide an estimate on a pool design overlooking the view. She fell in love with the home and we went under contract shortly there after.
Throughout the process, we attended multiple interior design meetings, assisted with selections at the stone yard, provided suggestions on fixtures and flooring, coordinated new home inspections and completed site visits to ensure our client was having a smooth process. A few months later, this stunning residence was completed and we helped her close on this amazing home!
